Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated individual who demonstrates excellent customer service showcasing our core value principles of consideration, cooperation, accountability, and innovation. This person will be willing to follow the experienced lead of their supervisor, ensure safety at all times, and make sure that company policies and procedures are followed at all times. You will be performing initial administrative processing of vehicles being entered to the auction sale.
Key Responsibilities
• Check the units into INV and Sale as they enter the gate.
• Make sure that appropriate hats are in place on each unit.
• Complete basic condition reports for consignment and inventory units coming on to the property.
• Team members are to check all units making sure that stickers are added to the correct side of the windshield and verify the sticker off dash VIN when checked in.
• Take images of all lease units and tow units as they arrive into check-in to log any exterior damage.
• Team members are to assist with watching, opening, and closing all gates when needed.
• Follow all job-related safety and health rules.
• Perform other work-related duties as directed by the supervisor
Qualifications
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to drive vehicles with standard or automatic transmission
• Basic computer skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
• 1 to 3 years auto auction and/or vehicle registration experience preferred

We are looking for a customer service-oriented person who is excited to join our team and would enjoy being a part of a growing company. Job Description We are looking for an experienced Condition Report Writer who enjoys working with cars and will conduct inspections of incoming vehicles to detect damage, missing parts, and mechanical problems; prepare and submit a report of a vehicles condition, repair / replacement cost estimates, and related documentation. Key Responsibilities • Conduct assessment of vehicle condition upon receipt noting any damage or repair required for frame, paint, engine, AC/heater operation, radio, navigation system, tires, etc. • Prepare support documentation related to vehicle condition including vehicle identification data, condition description; repair costs estimates, photographs of damage • Maintain current knowledge of applicable labor rates, parts charges and manufacturer's updates; adhere to work instructions/procedures regarding inspections/documentation • Follow all applicable safety and health related procedures • Work with bank and factory representatives on site to ensure a quality inspection is completed. • Reduce arbitration vehicles and auction liability by completing thorough inspections. • Assisting with company Pre-and Post-Sale Inspections • Submit completed condition reports to the manager by download from hand-held device. • Must perform very light mechanical duties; i.e. Installing batteries, inflating tires, to pre-pare units for inspection. • Will order keys on units transported without keys and will maintain a chain of custody for those keys. • Practice and promote team work at all times. Set a good personal example of attitude and performance. Preferred Requirements: • High School Diploma or equivalent required Specialized Knowledge: • ASE certification or background in automotive repair, and cost estimating preferred. • Valid Driver's license and safe driving record required • Basic computer software skills required • Ability to multitask required • Must be detail oriented • General knowledge of automotive body and mechanical work preferred • Regularly required to stand, walk, reach, talk and hear • Frequently required to stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb • Vision abilities required include close, distance and color vision, depth perception • Previous body shop experience, mechanical experience, estimating experience preferred • Ability to work outside in a variety of climates

Lot Attendant Position

Job Description Summary
We are seeking an experienced individual to work with cars on the lot in a full-time position, available immediately. The qualified candidate must have strong customer service and time management skills, as well as proficiency in understanding how to drive all types of motor vehicles. This person must be a team player who is motivated to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to accuracy and detail. This position represents the Auction in a professional and courteous manner by ensuring that all team members and dealers are treated professionally. Since our business environment is always changing, a willingness to learn and the ability to adapt are essential to this job function.
Key Responsibilities Operate vehicles (driving, parking and staging) in support of sale day events and general auction operations. Includes movement of vehicles to, from and on auction property.
• Must be able to drive Stick and Automatic Vehicles
• Must be able to work in all types of weather and handle high temperatures in vehicles
• Must have a clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
• Operate all vehicles in a safe manner and in compliance with all applicable company policy and procedures and traffic laws and regulations
• Observe rules of the road and demonstrate courtesy and defensive driving techniques
• Drive assigned vehicles through auction lanes on sale days
• Drive and park vehicles on auction property
• Drive vehicles to and from customer dealerships and other customer locations as assigned
• Align and park vehicles in proper order as directed
• Provide assistance in movement of inoperable vehicles when directed
• Provide direct customer service to dealer reps, account representatives, rental agents, etc., as required
• Comply with all jobs related safety and health procedures
• Perform other job related duties as assigned by supervisor
Qualifications Education & Specialized Knowledge
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to drive vehicles with standard or automatic transmission.
• Commitment to providing excellent customer service required.
• Vision abilities required include close, distance and depth perception.
Experience
• Previous automotive auction experience preferred
Pay
• $12.00 an hour
